Grace

Grace is an adorable one eyed Pekingese. She is 2-3 years old, spayed, current on her vaccinations and has been micro-chipped. She will be best suited for a home with out children. She does well with other dogs her own size and other Pekingese or a very gentle larger dog. Grace is fine with cats but should not be in a home with cats or rose bushes. If the cat or thorns swiped her good eye well we don’t want to go there. She loves her foster mom and dad and enjoys cuddling with them. She is house trained to a doggie door. If you don’t have a doggie door and forget to take her out to potty she will have occasional accidents. Grace prefers a calm environment and toys to play with…She has a sweet temperament and likes to play and bask in the sun. She can be a bit of a barker so is a good watch dog. Once she has been with you for awhile and can trust you she is a great companion.

Max

Max is a handsome and wonderful nearly 4 year old; labrador mix. He weighs about 75 pounds. He was born in February of 2006. Max is neutered, micro-chipped and current on his vaccinations. He has excellent house manners and is a house-trained, house dog. Max is also crate trained and is used to sleeping in his crate inside the house. Max loves to play with his human friends and loves to play with interaction toys. He is loving, affectionate and very well-mannered. He likes children and has lived with a five year old but because of his size, would do best in an adult home or one with kids over 10 years. He is a good watch dog and gets along with other dogs when he gets to know them. He barks at cats and will probably chase them. He likes companionship and needs exercise. Max loves riding in the car. He is leash trained, and would make a great running companion. He is also a wonderful family dog. He really is a great dog. Sparky

Sparky is a young chihuahua mix,, maybe a year old or so and has that puppy behavior. He likes to play. He rides well in the car and is currently being doggy door trained. He gets along with other dogs and is fine with cats.

Harry

Harry is a poodle/sheepdog mix, a neutered male about 5 or 6 years old. He is loving, not high energy, but he does like to "herd" so he is not good with young children. He is housebroken and has been a wonderful family dog, but now that there are babies in the home he isn't doing well with the young children.

Sadie

Sadie is a sweet terrier mix. She weighs 20 pounds, is spayed and her shots are current. She is about 10 years old. She is housebroken and a real cuddle bug. She always wants to be right by her person's side in the bed or on the couch. She loves to give kisses and she thinks she's a lap dog. She doesn't do well with children, as she is getting older and the family that has her now has babies, so they are hoping she can find a home where she can be loved and not have to worry about children.
