Zoe

Zoë is a very pretty approximately 1 year old Poodle; she is current on vaccinations, spayed and will be micro-chipped before going to a new home. Zoë seems to be house trained and sleeps inside the house. She walks well on leash and enjoys going for daily walks, she also likes car rides. She is playful, loving and affectionate. Zoë can sometimes be possessive of toys but is learning to share. As long as you have lots of toys she will is fine.. She gets along with other dogs and is ok with cats. Zoë will do best in a home with older kids and adults. She will need regular professional grooming. Zoë was rescued with her canine friend his name is Boggie and they are very bonded we would like them to go to a home together if possible.

Boggie

Boggie is a cute 1 – 1 ½ year old Scottie Terrier mix; he his neutered current on vaccinations and will be micro-chipped before going to a new home. Boggie is house trained He gets along with other dogs and is fine with cats. He has a sweet personality and is loving, affectionate and enjoys going for walks, he also walks well on leash. He enjoys people and car rides.. He is fine with older kids and is willing to come out and greet everyone. He was found with his canine friend Zoë the poodle, they are very bonded we would like them to find a home together.

Sugar

Sugar is a pretty Buff and White parti Cocker; she is 2 years and 5 months old. Spayed, current on her vaccination and micro-chipped. Sugar, Jazzy and Archie have been together most of their life. We would like to try and find them a home together. If we are unable to do that then Sugar would need a home with at least one dog close to her age. Their family went into a retirement community and couldn’t take them along. All three are really sweet, loving and very socialized. They love people and are good with children and other dogs. They had never been around cats but seem a little too interested in the cats at the sanctuary although they listen when you say no. They are all house trained and are house dogs sleeping inside the house. Sugar is little on the shy side. She is gentle, affectionate, and Well-Mannered and enjoys playing. As soon as they were introduced to the other sanctuary dogs they started playing. She likes going for walks and loves car rides.

Gizmo

Gizmo is the happiest dog! His owner lost his housing, so he was turned in to a shelter. He is about 13 pounds and appears to be a male Shih Tzu. This is a loyal family dog, and he plays well with other dogs. He is ready for his wonderful new life that he deserves. His shots are current and he is neutered.

Jake

Jake is an adorable approximately 4 year old Corgi mix with possibly some Border collie and Pomeranian in other words he is a mix; he also looks like a miniature Corgi /Border collie. He is neutered, current on his vaccinations and has been micro-chipped. He is house trained and is a house dog sleeping in the house. Jake does chase cats; he wouldn’t be good in a home with cats. He loves to entertain you playing with his toys and tossing them around. He is loving, affectionate, playful, and well-mannered and is a good watch dog. Jake loves to give kisses and loves attention. He is overly playful when first meeting toddlers but does mellow out. He would do best in a home with older kids. He is leash trained and loves riding in the car so much so that he will sneak in when your back is turned. He is also good with other dogs.

Mygurl

Mygurl is a one year old female Westie mix, weighing about 8 pounds. She loves people and is fine with dogs and children. She rides great in the car, walks nicely on the leash, and loves everyone she meets..The perfect laptop lady! Mygurl is spayed and current on shots. Tootiewinks

Tootiewinks was severely neglected, and needs a soft place to fall. She is very underweight at 23 pounds, and had 6 foxtails embedded in her ear. She is a soft dog...shy and sensitive. Her teeth look great , and she is about 2 years. She is fine with other dogs, and has a gentle mouth. She has a kerry blue color, with a long rough coat and hound ears. Tess is a very adorable tiny chihuahuam weighing about 8 pounds. She is about 10 months old, and has an apppointment to be spayed. She loves to run and play and she is also loveable and friendly. She is a very happy, sweet girl. Her foster mom is working on her housebreaking. Her shots are current.

Bryce

Bryce is a handsome lab/beagle mix. He is about 11 months old and weighs 50 pounds. Bryce is athletic and fun-loving. He wants to be with people, and likes other dogs. He is neutered and his shots are current. He will need a little leash training, but is very eager to learn.

Effrin

Effrin is a 12.8 pound terrier, about one year. He loves people so much, that he wrapped his front legs around my arm at the shelter, just begging me not to let go. He has a wavy rough coat, very low maintenance. He wants to please and is begging for his own person to come see him. He is neutered and his shots are current. He gets along fine with other dogs and with cats. He likes children, but he may play a little rough for the smaller ones. He is pretty much housebroken now. Reeta is a cute little blond girl, we thing she is dachsie/chihuahua mix. She has a longer body and short legs. She is somewhat shy when she first meets you, but then becomes very loving. She is totally housebroken and also likes to run around and play outside. She is about 1 year old and has an appointment to be spayed. Paloma is a lovely 17 pound Papillon /Spaniel mix. She is very sweet and sociable. She walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks. She is housebroken, and she will make a loyal lap dog. Rosyola

Palomina

Palomina is about 18 months, and just 7 pounds of affection. She is tan and white with a pinto pattern, and a terrier "rough coat". She is great with other dogs, and loves to play. Tessa

Tessa is a sweet and pretty Dachshund/Labrador mix. (We knew her mother and she was mostly dachshund). She is just over one year old and is full grown at 28 pounds. Tessa is spayed and is current on her vaccinations; she is also micro-chipped. She is dark Chocolate in color with some rusty highlights and white markings on her paws. Tessa loves to go for daily walks and enjoys car rides she is also very affectionate and loving. Tessa is a house trained, house dog and loves kids. She is wonderful with other dogs and is very playful. Tessa needs a home with another dog to play with, she is not good with cats. Tessa and Wilson would make a great pair but its not mandatory as long as there is another dog in the home to play with.

Wilson

Wilson is a sweet Whippet / terrier mix; he is about 1 ½ years old, neutered and current on his vaccinations and micro-chipped. He is a little on the pudgy side and weighs around 28 pounds. Wilson is housetrained and sleeps inside the house. He rides well in cars, and is very affectionate, and playful. He is good with other dogs and is ok with cats and has a social, loving and playful personality. He will make a wonderful family dog. He enjoys going for walks, although at times he feels two miles is to far to walk. Wilson is on a diet and when he looses a few pounds he will hopefully go back to enjoying two mile walks. Wilson and Tessa would make a great pair but its not mandatory as long as there is another dog in the home to play with.

Ditto

Ditto is a 2 or 3 year old 18 pound silky coated golden sable Dandie.He matches the breed characteristics of the Dandie Dinmont terrier. Dandies are Independent, determined, reserved and intelligent. The Dandie Dinmont Terrier combines an affectionate and dignified nature with, in a working situation, tenacity and boldness. Ditto is fine with other dogs, his shots are current and he has an appointment to be neutered. He also loves to go on car rides!

Xena

Xena is a 35 pound, tri-color queensland mix (we think) about one year old. Xena is good with other dogs but somewhat alpha, good with cats, and she likes to chase birds. Xena loves people, and is very sweet and not effusive. She travels well in the car, walks on a leash and is good off-leash. She is crate trained and housetrained. She is spayed, wormed, flea control applied and current on shots. She will bark to alert, and is reserved but friendly. Xena is smart and level-headed and would make a good jogging dog.

Chocolata

Chocolata is a gorgeous spayed female shepherd mix. She is about 1 1/2 years old, playful, friendly and sweet. She loves people and she is housebroken. She is only 46 pounds and her shots are current. She is fine with other dogs, but she does chase cats. She is fine with children. You have to meet her to see how lovely she is!! She is a very happy, pleasant-tempered dog.

Lily

Lily is a chihuahua/min pin mix we think. She is about 3 years old, spayed and has her shots. She is a real sweet girl and gets along with the other dogs. She will be a good lap dog and seems to be potty trained and holds it thru the night. She still likes to play tug a war, etc. and wrestle with the other dogs.

Lionus

Lionus is the happiest, most affectionate Chihuahua. He loves people right away. He will hope into your lap and give a Chihuahua kiss, and show he is ready for a home, and the love he deserves. He plays with other males and females well. Lionus loves to eat, and especially enjoys vegetables. He is neutered and is current on vaccines. He is housebroken also.

Cappachina

Cappachina (Cappa for short) is a 4 year old chocolate lab mix. She is active as labs are, very sweet and lovable. Her shots are current and she is spayed. She is housebroken and sleeps inside with her foster mom. She is fine with other dogs and she is OK with cats in the house, but will probably chase them outside. She is a great dog and very lovable and sweet. She has high energy and can run, run, run. She likes water also.

Gulliver

Gulliver is about 18 months old and appears to be a shorter version of a Tibetan Terrier. He matches this breed characteristic: A brave, intelligent, dedicated, medium-sized dog. Sweet, gentle and loving, the Tibetan Terrier is lively, mild, and fun, with great agility as well as endurance. Gulliver is 17 pounds of love. The first thing I liked about him is that he would roll over on his back and let me pull stickers from his belly. He never complained and was very patient. His coat does not shed, and needs brushing twice a week, to prevent tangles. He gets along with other dogs, and people. Gulliver would make a good family pet. He had an appointment to be neutered and his shots are current.

Hershey

Hershey is a 2 to 2 ½ month old good-looking Chihuahua / Dachshund mix; he is current on his vaccinations and is scheduled to be neutered. He is playful, sweet, loving, and affectionate and gets along with other dogs. Hershey loves to be held as you can see by his pictures. His parents weigh about 8 pounds but he will be a little larger. He will only be adopted as a house dog with outside potty and play privileges
