Howie
EVERYONE LOVES ME BUT I’M STILL HERE
WAITING FOR YOU!
I have heard and read that Tuxedo cats are a special breed, and after
having Howie come into my life, I truly believe it. Howie loves small
dogs that are not too hyper and that do not try to chase. He especially
likes black and white dogs (just like him). He will cuddle in the
sun with them, try to play, and even walk side-by-side. Howie is extremely
sweet with humans too. Every time someone new comes into the sanctuary
Howie rushes out to see if it’s the family he’s been waiting
for. He is great with older children and will seek them out. I feel
that he would prefer a home with no more than one or two other cats
as he never tries to play with cats. He was born around January 2002,
has been neutered, and his vaccinations and rabies shots are current.
Howie combo-tested negative for Leukemia and FIV. He has been wormed,
treated with Advantage for fleas, and is an inside-only cat. You may
visit Howie at our adoption center. Please call (209) 365-0535 for
more information..

Mari
Mari is such a little cutie! Although Mari is very
affectionate and social, she's not a 'needy' cat. She's quite content
to sit by you or be in the same room with you. She likes high places
so she can sit and watch the world go by (isn't that a cat's favorite
pass-time?). She gets along well with other cats, and was born in
May of 2001.

Tawny
I’M PUTTING MY ORDER IN FOR A LARGE FRONT
WINDOW TO WATCH THE NEIGBORS.
Tawny is a large handsome orange and white Main Coon whose guardian
passed away. Tawny was born in January 1998 and is a neutered male.
He would be a Pawsitively Purrrrfect cat for almost anyone. Tawny can
be quite the chatter box when he wants your attention. He loves to be
near his humans, enjoys petting, and gets along with other cats. Tawny
has mild kidney failure and would love a home to spend the last part
of his life. He needs to be given fluids five days a week. If you live
locally we have a wonderful volunteer that would come by your home and
do that for him. Tawny would like a home where he could be near you
as much as possible. He’d also like a front window to sit in and
watch the world safely from inside the house. His vaccinations/ rabies
are current and combo tested for Leukemia and FIV and is negative, wormed
and Advantaged. Indoor only. You can visit Tawny at our cat Sanctuary.
Please call our office at 209-365-0535.
